SHIPPING & DELIVERY
GIA Design Group will ship products to any address in the Unite States. Shipment to a P.O. Box, however, will be refused.
All of our products are free shipping, buyers do not need to pay the shipping cost.
Products are shipped from our warehouses located in USA, and USA domestic delivery only, the products are not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Island, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island.
We believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. We use leading delivery companies to handle our orders including FedEx, UPS and USPS, each one selected depending on the final destination, weight and size of the products.
CUSTOM-MADE FURNITURE – DELIVERY TIME
On stock orders will be shipped in two business days.
Pre-sale orders will make the delivery vary between 2 to 12 weeks. This time is an estimate and is not contractual. Please contact to better understand why it takes that time.
It is your responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery, and any claims should be made within five business days.
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, we will contact you by email with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you wish to change the address or any other delivery details before the indicated delivery date, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify GIA Design Group of this at least 12 hours prior to delivery. In this notification, you must mention the order number, the relevant product and the correct address.
GIA Design Group nor the transporter can be held responsible if the delivery cannot take place as a result of the incorrect address or other delivery information provided by the customer.
GIA Design Group is not responsible for delays due to strikes, legal lockouts, or other discomforts caused by its suppliers. In the case of these inconveniences and other events of force majeure, the delivery period shall be extended in accordance with the duration of the disturbance.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
We recommend that you check the dimensions of access points to your home before ordering large items of furniture. You are responsible for determining that merchandise will fit through doorways, staircases, corridors and lifts. Dimensions for our products are listed with the product description.
The quality of our products is guaranteed for three months. If you find the product you purchased has any quality problems, please contact us. While you sending an email, please provide the order ID and product pictures to us. We will give you a feedback in five business days.
Please use our products according to our direction. If the product damaged and you use according to our direction, , it is your duty, we won’t responsible for this product.
